Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Reedley Optometric Eyecare Center a proud provider of vision care products and services in Reedley.

Dr. Eidal 

Dr. Eidal returned to the central valley in 2005. He earned his Optometry Doctorate from the Southern California College of Optometry, graduating with high honors. While at SCCO he won awards for top doctor in ocular disease and low vision. He has also won an award for his research in Custom-Lasik procedures, which was published in an optometric report.

Dr. Eidal studied with Dr. Tajiri for five years to hone his skills in the specialties that Dr. Tajiri provided. These include diagnosis and treatment for vertical heterophoria syndrome (hyperphoria), gas permeable contact lenses, bifocal gas permeable contact lenses, and corneal refractive therapy.

Dr. Eidal is a member of the following associations: American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, Central California Optometric Society (Acting Treasurer), Golden Key National honors Society, and Reedley Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Tajiri

Dr. Tajiri graduated from Southern California College of Optometry in 1951. During his career he earned diplomate status in the Cornea and Contact lens section and has won numerous awards. He also patented two optometric devices.

Dr. Tajiri retired in 2008, after a long and rewarding career. Before he retired he ensured continued care for his patients by mentoring Dr. Eidal for the preceding four years. Dr. Tajiri is confident that Dr. Eidal will provide superior care for the patients of Reedley Optometric Eyecare Center.
